Henry Winkler's Brief Bio:

  • Henry is a graduate of Emerson College and grew up in New York. Has a masters in drama from Yale. His parents are German Holocaust servivors.
  • While making a documentary about dyslexia, Winkler himself found that he was dyslexic.
  • From Leonard Maltin's Movie Encyclopedia: "Though only five feet six and a half inches tall, this actor created one of television's biggest characters: as the ultra-cool greaser Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli on "Happy Days" (1974-84) he became a pop idol overnight."
  • From the 1997 "Outstanding Dyslexics" Calendar by IDA: "If you will it, it is not a dream." "The great thing about a learning problem is that it forces you to become a problem solver."
  • Henry states, "I'm so happy that I got a chance to write these books with Lin and I really hope you enjoy it."
